Dr Ross Goodheart
Dr Ross Goodheart graduated with a Degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Western Australia. He trained in neurology at Royal Perth Hospital and was awarded Fellowship of the Australian College of Physicians in 1991. He completed Post Graduate training, to include a Fellowship in Neurophysiology, at the University of Kentucky, Lexington USA.
He returned to Perth in 1993 and commenced private practice in neurology. He accepted an appointment within the Neurology Department at Fremantle Hospital in 1993 and has been Head of Department of Neurology at Fremantle Hospital since 2005.
Within his private practice, Dr Goodheart sees patients with a range of general neurological symptoms and diagnoses, to include neurophysiology (EMG Studies), multiple sclerosis, stroke, epilepsy, peripheral nerve disorders and movement disorders (including Parkinson’s disease).
Dr Goodheart is married with six children.
